Privacy policy

The information we collect from you depends on how you use this website.

E3 Initiative collects information about the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of all our website visitors so we can see how our website is used and monitor site traffic. This helps us to continuously improve and develop the site design and content. This information is not personally identifiable information – it is general and anonymous.

Signing up to the e-newsletter and/or prayer email

You can sign up to receive the twice-yearly e-newsletter and occasional email updates and/or the fortnightly prayer email through the Newsletter sign up form. In order to comply with General Data Protection Regulation, unless you opt in to these communications we cannot keep you updated by email. E3 chooses to use email for most communications to supporters to minimise costs so if you want to receive updates from us, it is really important that you opt in.

In order for E3 Initiative to send you the email communications you request, we will need to keep your name, email and postal address on our database. This ensures we can still make contact with you should your email address fail. You have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the emailing lists at the bottom of each email that we send out.
