Bethel Baptist Church
Bethel Baptist Church (BBC) ministers to inmates in Mukobeko Maximum Security, Medium Security and Female Correctional Facilities in Kabwe, Zambia, which house more than 2,000 inmates. BBC shares the gospel with inmates and disciples those who have come to faith. According to reports in Zambia, the prison is very overcrowded. Life is extremely tough for the prisoners. E3 funding renovated and provided chairs for the prison chapel. The prison ministry is transforming many lives. When Maria was released she received funds to set up a small business – she is now employing two people, reaching out to help others and has even taken back custody of her two children.
